Children will work with ceramic artists Guillermo "Memo" Guardia to create their own Little Clay House on the Prairie. Bring a photo of your house; we will use clay to recreate them. Your clay house on the prairie could have bedrooms, living room, kitchen, a porch, a dog, a cat, or create an entirely new house. We will use under glazes to add color to the clay houses.Find out more

Presented by The Arts Center in cooperation with Two Rivers Performing Arts School. A courtroom has never been more lively and fun than in The Big Bad Musical! This smart and wickedly funny musical is great for actors and audiences of any age. The jury — your audience — must decide the outcome of the biggest trial ever in the fairy-tale world! The notorious Big Bad Wolf is being slapped with a class-action lawsuit by storybooks of quirky characters who want to get even: Little Red Riding Hood, her Grandmother, the Three Little Pigs and the Shepherd in charge of the Boy Who Cried Wolf. Wood carving with the local Woodchippers… Experienced carvers and curious beginners are all welcome to drop in a get carving. Hand-knitted socks are the most comfy socks you will ever wear, especially those that you've made to fit your very own feet!
In the class participants will learn several intermediate to advanced knitting techniques including; knitting in the round on double point needles, heel shaping, and the Kitchener stitch, to create a wonderful pair of hand knit socks.Find out more
Participants with all levels of experience will explore working with clay in a supportive atmosphere. Students will learn a variety of hand building skills with an emphasis on creativity and having fun. Students are encouraged to explore their own ideas and projects.
