Arts After School

Give your child a creative place to learn, explore, and grow after the school day ends! Arts After School at The Arts Center offers students in grades 3–6 the opportunity to build confidence, develop new artistic skills, and express their creativity through hands-on projects in a fun and supportive environment. An after-school snack, bus transportation within Jamestown city limits, and scholarship opportunities are available.

Downtown Arts Market

Experience the best of summer at the Downtown Arts Market! Join us on Thursday evenings starting on July 9 at Hansen Arts Park for a free community event featuring local vendors, delicious food and drinks, family-friendly activities, and live music. Whether you’re shopping, relaxing with friends, or enjoying a concert in the park, there’s something for everyone. Dakota Spotlight: Call Me Shelly

Join us for a special screening of Dakota Spotlight: Call Me Shelly, a compelling documentary exploring the 1994 disappearance of Michele “Shelly” Julson from Bismarck, North Dakota. Based on the popular Dakota Spotlight podcast, the 46-minute film follows Shelly’s family’s decades-long search for answers and the enduring mystery surrounding her case. Produced by the Regional Emmy Award-winning filmmakers behind The House on Sweet and Seventh, this powerful documentary offers an unforgettable look at a story that continues to resonate more than 30 years later.
