This summer our exhibits feature many types of mediums by many different artists. Rather than focus on solo artists, our visitors will see a series of group shows. Typically these diverse exhibits have the broadest appeal.

The first exhibit of the summer (opening June 10) will showcase artists from the Artspace Suite 1 Gallery and Artist Cooperative from Minot. Suite Arts shares the work of some familiar artists easily recognized, among them Walter Piehl, Linda Olson, Nancy Walter, Karen Davidson and others.

The second summer exhibit is called Put a Mask on It which highlights artwork that includes a covid mask reference. This exhibition is still on an open call if artists wish to participate. So far we have a unique mixture of photographs, paintings, ceramics and mixed media pieces. This exhibit opens July 15.

The third summer exhibit is the Jamestown Fine Arts Association 57th Annual Art Show. This exhibition is open to artists of all ages and skill levels. All media is accepted and the exhibit is juried for prizes. Please let us know if you would like a prospectus. We request that artists register to participate by July 1.

To get involved in either the Mask exhibit or the 57th Annual please contact Gallery Manager, Sally Jeppson, sjeppson@jamestownarts.com or call 701-251-8885.
